metastudent software package provides predictor of Gene Ontology terms from protein sequence, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install metastudent
metastudent is installed in your system.
Make ensure the metastudent package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep metastudent *
You will get with metastudent package name, version, architecture and description in a table
